Intuitive painting classes are a place where you can feel safe enough to dip your toes into the creative waters in a supportive environment with others who want to explore creativity as a path for healing, growth, self expression & fun.
No experience is necessary. We paint from where we are in the moment.
This class focuses more on the process rather than the product. We are not trying to paint something specific. The goal is to be present to the creative and authentic, spontaneous impulses that arise. Painting with no agenda encourages us to take risks and as a result, growth and change can happen as we go beyond what we thought was possible. We show up to the blank sheet not knowing what will happen. It is a place of pure potential that can inform and influence the rest of your life.
Dream Groups are a place where we explore the potential of our night dreams in a small group setting.
Groups will meet for 6 weeks and focus on learning how to remember, record and understand dreams, symbols and archetypes. You will learn how group projective dream work can help you see and understand your dreams in a way you may not have been able to see yourself. You will learn how to offer insights in a way that feel supportive, explorative and most helpful to the dreamer and understand the positive side of nightmares can sometimes bring.
